Svetlin  Dimov
CEO

Before founding Svey Media, Svetlin worked at Meta as a Marketing Science Partner, educating, consulting, and growing clients through marketing best practices and ad effectiveness measurement grounded in data and science. Svetlin managed a portfolio of ~ 4000 managed brands from mostly Ecomm, but also from a wide variety of verticals.

At Meta, Svetlin was the Subject Matter Expert on Attribution, Conversion Lift, and other Ecomm-specific solutions for the North American managed advertisers (~ 6K advertisers). He was also the SME on Reels Measurement and performed research proving the value of Reels ads on marketing objectives across the funnel.

With a passion to spread best practices grounded in data and science, Svetlin co-founded the North American Meta sales education program which educated sales how to run and measure ads so that they can spread that knowledge to their managed clients. He also co-created the scaled client webinar infrastructure which led to thousands of clients attending group client calls and webinars where they learned about best practices and had the chance to get their questions answered interactively in real time. 

Svetlin is a recipient of the Greatest Strength Award for Partner Pride from Meta's NA Scaled Sales org. This award recognizes XFN team members for extraordinary, game-changing impact.

Bara Hortova
Partner & VP, Growth Marketing

Before joining Svey Media, Bara worked at Meta as an Account Manager where she consulted all kinds of businesses, from small e-comm stores to large public companies, on their advertising strategies on Facebook and Instagram. Responsible for $100M+ in annual ad spend, she helped her clients optimize their budget allocation and capitalize on high-impact growth opportunities. Over 4 years at Meta, Bara managed a portfolio of more than 130 advertisers, mostly in the E-comm, Health, Finance, and Professional Services verticals which equipped her with deep expertise across the Meta suite of products, from Shops to Lead Generation. 

As a measurement SME at Meta, Bara provided guidance and training to over 300 colleagues on using data to optimize advertising campaigns and achieve better results for their clients. Her direct involvement in Lead Gen product development and alpha testing of new products also led to multiple case studies and highlighted her ability to devise creative, unconventional solutions to address her clients' unique needs. Now at Svey Media, she brings this wealth of experience and her passion for data-driven marketing to help businesses of all sizes thrive.

Bob Peck

Captivated by the overlap between storytelling, technology, and well-being. Bob is an accomplished Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of optimizing client strategies and driving impactful creative marketing campaigns.

Managed half a billion dollars over the past 7 years at Meta. Co-led Mindfulness@ Meta, helped build "Ads for Local Impact" and ran "Brief Boost" creative workshops. 

At Svey, Bob will utilize his experience in crafting compelling brand narratives, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving full-funnel growth.

Before joining Svey Media, Christo worked as a Supervising Director and Director on shows like “Penguins of Madagascar”, “Boss Baby”, “Kung Fu Panda”, “The Bad Guys” and others.

With more than 26 years in the industry, 2 Emmy wins and 5 Nominations, Christo brings a high level of professionalism and deep understanding in animation media, storytelling and design.

With more than 3 years of experience in digital marketing, George brings analytical thinking and a fresh perspective on paid and organic advertising strategies.

Anna Galon
Graphic Designer, Video Editor

Before joining Svey Media, Anna built a diverse career as a graphic designer and illustrator, specializing in branding and packaging design. She developed visual identities from the ground up and helped established brands elevate their shelf presence. With over eight years of experience, her work spans industries including food and beverage, beauty, music, pet care, and sports.

Anna has led high-impact projects, from comprehensive packaging redesigns that boost brand recognition to creating merchandise that captures a brand’s essence. She collaborated with startups to develop compelling print materials for product launches and designed "scroll-stopping" digital creatives for many eCommerce brands, driving social media engagement and maximizing advertising ROI.

Anna’s goal is to integrate impactful design into campaign strategies, strengthen brands' online presence, and deliver creative solutions that achieve measurable results.
